Wow！ What a ride！Wow this was interesting。 Several plot twists and a surprise ending made this a fun read。I am bothered by how easily the main character kills he never hesitates and it worries me that I am cheering for a psychopath。

James Haddock， one of the best authors James Haddock， Michael Ogara， Louis L'Amour are three of my favorite authors today！ I feel that variety is good for the soul。 This book has a lot of twist and turns it is NEVER boring and keeps you awake because you are drawn into the plot。 I have read all of James Haddock books multiple times， and this story of Mason Stonecutter will be reread and enjoyed again！！ I know this may not be an educated review but it is heartfelt review from a retired truck driv James Haddock， one of the best authors James Haddock， Michael Ogara， Louis L'Amour are three of my favorite authors today！ I feel that variety is good for the soul。 This book has a lot of twist and turns it is NEVER boring and keeps you awake because you are drawn into the plot。 I have read all of James Haddock books multiple times， and this story of Mason Stonecutter will be reread and enjoyed again！！ I know this may not be an educated review but it is heartfelt review from a retired truck driver。 Mike 。。。more

Dragons and Mages oh MyI have enjoyed the author’s other books。 My favorite is still the two steam punks。 My complaint with the other Mage books is they seemed to fall into a similar pattern。 Well， the similarities were here， but with a great surprising twist。 Well worth the journey

Another great readI have enjoyed all of James Haddocks stories。 I have loved all fiction， especially science fiction and fantasy works for years。 I read just about anything that can provide the ability to live in a different world， different times and different realities。 His works， his character and situational details in all his books provide that。 This book is another great read by Mr Haddock。 Keep them coming。
